A two story house attached to a working “Moinho Ti Miguel” water mill. The water mill is a working mill famous for its authenticity and has been a tourist attraction for many years. It is one of the last fully functioning water mills in the Albergaria-a-Velha district, used to grind corn & wheat for the local population for generations. With the right investment, it could be used as a working electricity plant to generate enough electricity to easily power the houses making it self sustaining.

The ground floor of the house has approximately 70m2, a kitchen and living area which requires restoration to become a cozy living room. The 1st floor is semi restored and after renovations, it could accommodate 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
